“Black Sea Ordu Agriculture, Livestock and Hazelnut Fair”, in which our stock exchange is among the participants and supporters, started on May 1, 2025 in Fatsa.
Speaking at the opening ceremony of the fair, where guests were hosted at the stand of our stock exchange, our Chairman of the Board of Directors Ziver Kahraman touched on the following issues.
“Black Sea Ordu Agriculture, Livestock and Hazelnut Fair” is important and meaningful as it is the “first” in our province.
The main purpose and meaning of fairs is to “develop trade” and strict adherence to this basic purpose makes that fair a necessity and traditionalizes it. Not surrendering the fair phenomenon to the perception of a “fair” also expresses the “prudence” aspect of the work.
Here, as Ordu Commodity Exchange, we have taken our place among the institutions that offer “support and contribution” in order to bring all parties in the fields of agriculture, animal husbandry and hazelnut together regularly and to dominate a vision such as “developing business”.
We will meet many companies and brands and spend three days where production, added value, investment and employment are the main themes. We have participated in and seen corporate and integrated fairs that include very large organizations in many parts of our country and the world. Although the step we have taken here today may seem small, if we embrace it without making comparisons, our fair will be in that league in the coming years. At this point, we are on the full side of the glass.
It is necessary to focus on the image and prestige side of the business without falling into the shallowness of seeing fairs as “bazaars and markets”.
Our brands interact directly with the target audience through fairs. Fairs prevent agenda and attention shifts, and help us internalize that the real agenda is brand value.
Fairs that bring the business world together and interact with their products, brands and innovations are a universal reality.
I would like to thank the authorities of the company that organized the fair, all institutions and organizations that support and contribute, especially our governorship and Metropolitan Municipality, our companies from our province and outside the province, and our fellow citizens who visited and will visit our fair.
