On April 12-13, 2025, hazelnuts and many other agricultural products were damaged by the snowfall and subsequent frost in our country, resulting in serious yield losses.
Upon this development, an “Agricultural Frost Research Commission” was established in the Turkish Grand National Assembly and the commission started its work. Within the scope of these studies, an evaluation meeting was held in Ordu on 28.06.2025 and the issue was discussed in all aspects.
