Agriculture and Rural Development Support Institution 2014-2020 IPARD Program (IPARD II Term) Eighth Application Call Announcement
This program is co-financed by the European Union and the Republic of Turkey.
The Agriculture and Rural Development Support Institution, which is the related institution of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, has published its Eighth Application Call Declaration on 25 November 2019. This call for acceptance is related to applications to be supported by businesses wishing to invest within the IPARD Program 2014-2020.
SOURCE OF THE PROGRAM
The total support budget for the Investments in Physical Assets Related to Processing and Marketing of Agricultural and Fishery Products is 50,000 Euros. The source of financial support to be provided to beneficiaries in return for eligible expenditures, the Fund generated IPARD co-financing European Union and the Republic of Turkey. This support is called “Public Contribution”. This public contribution will be made available free of charge for investments realized under the program.

The provinces where the applications will be made and the investment will be applied in order to get support within the scope of this application call announcement are as follows:
Afyonkarahisar, Ağrı, Aksaray, Amasya, Ankara, Ardahan, Aydın, Balıkesir, Burdur, Bursa, Çanakkale, Çankırı, Çorum, Denizli, Diyarbakır, Elazığ, Erzincan, Erzurum, Giresun, Hatay, Isparta, Kahramanmaraş, Karaman, Kars, Kastamonu, Konya, Kütahya, Malatya, Manisa, Mardin, Mersin, Muş, Nevşehir, Ordu, Samsun, Sivas, Şanlıurfa, Tokat, Trabzon, Uşak, Van, Yozgat
MEASURES TO SUPPORT AND SUPPORT BUDGET
Only applications related to the support of machinery-equipment, service and visibility purchases will be accepted from the “Investments in Physical Assets Related to Processing and Marketing of Agricultural and Fishery Products” measure within the scope of this “Application Call Announcement”.
The sectors to be supported, support rate and support budget are as follows:
– 103-1 Processing and Marketing of Milk and Dairy Products
– 103-2 Processing and Marketing of Red Meat and Meat Products
– 103-3 Processing and Marketing of Poultry Meat and Meat Products
– 103-4 Processing and Marketing of Aquaculture
– 103-5 Processing and Marketing of Fruit and Vegetable Products

Applications will start to be accepted at the ARDSI Provincial Coordinatorships located in the province where the investment will be implemented as of 09.01.2020. The Online Project Application System will be closed at 21:00 on 28.01.2020. The deadline for submission of applications is 31.01.2020, 18:00. Applications made after the deadline will not be accepted.
For the applications to be prepared within the scope of the 8th Application Call Announcement, the investment period should be maximum 12 (twelve) months. Information on how to make the instalment is included in the Application Call Guide.
