Visit to Our Exchange by the MHP Delegation

MHP Central Executive Committee Member Oğuz Yılmaz and Serkan Odabaşı, along with MDK Member Kürşat Türker Ercan, and a delegation consisting of our province’s deputy Naci Şanlıtürk, visited our exchange accompanied by members of the provincial organization.

Our exchange provided information to the council members about the “Terror-Free Turkey Process” and related work, and consultations were held.

Our board chairman, who welcomed the delegation, said:

“The highly valued delegation of the Nationalist Movement Party, knocking on every door in the name of hope and solidarity for a Turkey without terrorism!

We express our pleasure at your visit to our institution to inform us about the work and consult with us during this strategic process, and we welcome you with our respects!

Turkey has faced many trials throughout its history. At times, it has faced economic difficulties, at times political strife, and at times social wounds. However, one of the heaviest burdens has undoubtedly been the pain caused by terrorism. Decades of terrorism have taken thousands of lives from us, leaving mothers without sons, children without fathers, and homes without light. Each piece of news about a martyr has been engraved in the collective conscience of this country.

Today, what we as a nation need most is for the dream of a Turkey free from terrorism to become a reality. A country where weapons are silenced, tears are dried, and brotherhood prevails… This is not just a matter for politicians, security forces, or state institutions; it is a matter for all of us.

A Turkey free of terrorism is possible through unity, solidarity, and social consensus. Regardless of our identity, faith, or lifestyle, we all live under the same flag. The way to live together as brothers and sisters on this land and build a stronger future is to reject violence and uphold democracy and the rule of law.

What needs to be done today is to learn from the pains of the past and build the future with common sense and the language of peace. Embracing the process of a Turkey free of terrorism is both the most valuable legacy we will leave to our children’s future and a demonstration of this nation’s dignified stance.

It must not be forgotten that terrorism, regardless of its source, is a crime against humanity. And humanity has sung songs of brotherhood together on this land for centuries. That song must now be called “peace.”

Let us grow our common values, not our differences. Let us speak of love, not terrorism. Let us strengthen our faith in the future, not despair. Because we believe:
A Turkey free of terrorism is possible, as long as we walk together.

I greet you all with respect. May God be our companion and helper on this path we have embarked upon, and may peace never be absent from our beloved homeland!

Peace at home, peace in the world!
