We celebrate the 103rd anniversary of the Victory of August 30, one of the greatest symbols of our nation’s struggle for independence, with great pride and enthusiasm.
August 30 is not only a military victory; it is also the strongest demonstration of what our nation can achieve with freedom, unity, and determination. Every step taken with the spirit of independence inspires our country’s economic growth, production power, and development initiatives today.
A strong and independent Turkey will rise even higher through production, investment, and employment. Our duty today is to carry forward the spirit entrusted to us by our ancestors and advance our country in every field, from agriculture to industry, trade to exports.
On this occasion, I remember with gratitude all our martyrs who sacrificed their lives for their country, especially Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk and his comrades-in-arms, and I honor our veterans with gratitude. I sincerely congratulate our nation on the 30 August Victory Day.
