Commodity Exchange Registration Documents
Ordu Commodity Exchange started its operations on August 15, 1936 under the name of “Ordu Commerce and Provisions Exchange” under the chairmanship of Baha TEGÜN.
Real Person
1) The original or certified copy of the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette or the Turkish Tradesmen and Craftsmen Registry Gazette showing the registration of the purchase or sale of the items included in the stock exchange quotation among the subjects of business or the certification of the registry.
2) A certified and photocopied identity card.
3) Notarized signature circular.
4) Proof of residence or certificate of residence.
5) Three recent photographs.
6) Tax certificate or document showing tax registration.
7) Other documents required by the legislation or deemed necessary by the Union or the exchanges.
Legal Person
1) Original or certified copy of the trade registry gazette in which the registration announcement is published or trade registry certificate.
2) Notarized signature circular of the representatives.
3) A certified and photocopied copy of the identity card of the representatives.
4) Three recent photographs of the representatives.
5) Proof of domicile or certificate of residence of the representatives.
6) A notarized copy of the articles of association if not published in the registration announcement.
7) Other documents required by the legislation or deemed necessary by the Union or the exchanges.
