The first call for 2026 has been opened under the SME Support Call for Order-Based R&D Projects.
The 1707 Order R&D Program aims to transform solution proposals designed to meet the requirements of the Customer Organization into R&D activities by SMEs, thereby achieving commercializable outputs. TÜBİTAK and the Customer Organization ensure that SMEs carry out needs-oriented R&D activities through co-financing in this important process.
SMEs develop innovative products and processes for their customers. This paves the way for sharing financial risks among industrial organizations and reaching agreements on intellectual property rights, while enabling organizations with relatively more experience in project management to transfer their expertise to SMEs.
