Ordu Commodity Exchange started its operations on August 15, 1936 under the name of “Ordu Commerce and Provisions Exchange” under the chairmanship of Baha TEGÜN.

Taking into account budgetary constraints and needs, the goal is to establish an effective personnel profile that is integrated into the system, based on member satisfaction and employee satisfaction, through the recruitment of necessary personnel in accordance with the principle of fairness, the employment of existing personnel in the most suitable positions, and continuous improvement.
Our fiscal policy;
The purpose of the Ordu Commodity Exchange's financial policy is to prepare the Ordu CE's estimated budget, draw up the final accounts, ensure transparency and uniformity in the accounting and record-keeping system, ensure that all transactions are recorded, ensure that financial statements are prepared in accordance with accounting principles and regulations, and regulate the principles, procedures, and fundamentals related to the timely and accurate preparation and reporting of all financial records in accordance with internationally accepted standards.
Our IT, software, and hardware policy;
Information technology systems and hardware are among the most important assets of our exchange. It is essential to determine the appropriate conditions and methods for using these assets within a robust security framework, to exclude inappropriate usage patterns from the system, and to prevent them from re-entering the system. It is to keep up with constantly evolving and developing information technologies, both within and outside the organization, by obtaining support from authorized individuals and/or institutions who are experts in their field, based on merit. It is to be aware of the principle that you cannot stay secure in the Digital World without being up to date, and to strive to keep up with all innovations within our budget.
Our communication policy;
Within the framework of the Ordu Commodity Exchange's vision, mission, and strategic plan, to announce its member satisfaction-focused working principle to those who receive services from it and all segments with which it interacts, and to actively follow up on feedback. Within this understanding, to create and develop cooperation, to prioritize collective wisdom, and to make all these activities measurable and analyzable.
Our member relations policy;
It is to ensure that member satisfaction is measured and evaluated based on criteria such as suggestions, complaints, and satisfaction reports, and that necessary improvements are made to sustain the satisfaction rate, in accordance with the principle of member satisfaction-focused work.
